London Councils have just launched a new website to promote the Freedom Pass. Freedom Pass is provided by local borough councils to give older and disabled Londoners free travel on almost all public transport in London. This scheme makes a major contribution to the independence of many Londoners.

The website is designed as a central resource for current and potential Freedom Pass holders to find out information about eligibility, renewals and applications. Members of the public may sign up for updates through newsletters.
